@shootoutfishing has the unfortunate decision to make to call off BOTH SFL events for Sunday June 23

We are not in the business to jeopardize safety and people’s investments. With the encroaching weather system that is threatening most of the Lake Ontario region, and Eastern Ontario, high winds in the wrong direction of BOTH bodies of water upwards of 32kts (60KM) will make weighins dangerous. Thunderstorms are also likely creating a potential very bad situation. SFL crews are already at both locations, so this was the last call we wanted to make! But so Anglers and families can make alternative plans, we have starred at the weather channel(s) long enough and we are no longer delaying the inevitable! Dog Cranberry now has a Make up date of July 14, and Rice Lake is Pending a new date. We truly apologize for the inconvenience, but we want to see you all at a future SFL event with boats in 1 piece! ANYONE needing a refund will get one, ANYONE wishing to leave the payments towards the makeup events or towards another event will be given a credit on their file!
